What we do for the Planet
We are responsible for the world we live in and the resources we use. Our long-term strategy is to achieve climate-neutrality to take better care of the ecosystems in which we live and work through efficient energy and water management, as well as smart innovations to increase the sustainability of our buildings.
What we do for People
When constructing a new warehouse, we carefully consider the needs and requirements of the people that will work in the space, using high-end technology to ensure a friendly, productive and healthy environment.
What we do for Business
We help businesses by using the most efficient green solutions in our warehouses to lower property maintenance costs. Our locations, which have excellent access to the main roads in Central and Eastern Europe, and the skilled local workforce, help to further lower supply chain costs.

The buildings in ELI’s portfolio are BREEAM certified.
All of the new facilities in our portfolio have a BREEAM certificate of at least “Good.”
Our BREEAM-certified buildings receive high scores in categories such as:
- Water – assesses consumption and is aimed at reducing the consumption of potable water for sanitary use in new buildings from all sources through the use of water-efficient components and recycling systems
- Energy – calculates the energy performance of the building with the purpose of recognizing and encouraging buildings that minimize their operational energy consumption through good design
- Land Use and Ecology – measures the ecological value of the site and encourages development on land of limited value to wildlife; aims to protect existing ecological features from substantial damage during site preparation and construction
- Waste – assesses construction resource efficiency and the diversion of resources from landfill to promote resource efficiency via the effective management and reduction of construction waste
