The ELI portfolio currently includes 28 logistics projects within 10 logistics hubs throughout Poland of a total GLA of 1.2 million sqm, including over 774,000 sqm of standing assets, 141,000 sqm of space under construction and a secured pipeline of 291,000 sqm.

ELI’s portfolio comprises of 26 logistics projects with a total area of over 1.1 million sqm GLA, including 563,000 sqm of standing assets, 219,000 sqm under construction and a further 370,000 sqm secured in pipeline projects.

Madison International Realty co-invested in ELI by acquiring a 46.5% stake in the existing platform and committing to further expansion. The standing portfolio expanded by an additional 182,000 sqm.

ELI, through a strategic partnership with Panattoni, has successfully delivered four new projects with a total GLA of over 125,000 sqm.

Griffin Capital Partners, together with Redefine Properties, established ELI by acquiring a portfolio of nine projects with a total GLA of almost 315,000 sqm and a GAV of approx. EUR 200m.
