Our portfolio of buildings was constructed between 2015 and 2021 in sought-after locations with minimal CAPEX requirements and high technical specifications. Over 72% of GLA is located in the core logistics markets of Warsaw, Upper Silesia, Central Poland, Wroclaw, Cracow and Poznan, with an exceptional WAULT of 5.8 years.

Growing Footprint

ELI’s portfolio accounted for over 3% of total Polish industrial stock as of Q4 2020. By the end of this year, when the project pipeline is completed, our platform will have doubled in size and portfolio GLA will exceed one million sqm.

ELI is recognized for using the latest green solutions to efficiently manage resources, with over 71% of our portfolio BREEAM certified and all new developments certified with at least a Good score.

Sought-After Locations

Our projects cover key logistics hubs in the most important regions in Poland, including Warsaw, Lodz, Cracow, Wroclaw and Upper Silesia, but we are also targeting locations with increasing infrastructure development, such as Torun, Rzeszów and Lublin. We presently have 28 locations in 10 key logistics submarkets.
